UNPOPULAR OPINION Not Everyone should own a Home

I know this is a weird statement from a Real Estate Agent.

I’m looking to build lifelong relationships with my clients and help families build long term wealth through real estate. You can’t do that if you can hardly pay your bills and now you have a mortgage, taxes, property insurance and maintenance.

Owning a home is a privilege, not a right. There are sometimes sacrifices that need to be made and if you or your partner aren’t willing to do that, maybe renting is your best option.

A couple ways to know you ARE NOT ready to purchase a home:

You are already living paycheck to paycheck.

You do not have any savings.

You do not know how to budget.

You do not have either a regular income stream.

You have alot of debt.

You have poor credit or no credit.

If you fall into these categories and DO want to start thinking about owning your own home, let’s start that conversation now! I have a lot of free resources I can connect you with to get you on your way to owning a home and building long term wealth.
