Hi there!

We are Dave & Rachel. We love hiking, off roading, kayaking, skiing, pretty much everything in Colorado, but we love exploring and traveling any chance we get! We enjoy hosting others in our homes currently in Castle Rock and Winter Park, CO and Litchfield Park, AZ. We have two almost grown children, and we’re so excited to travel more as they venture into adulthood. I’m a local real estate professional as well, and love helping people find their dream home on the front range or in the mountains of Colorado.
